Conditions for Returns

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any Goods that do not meet the return conditions stated below in our sole discretion. Any returned parcel sent by the customer without acknowledgment from a member of the support team will not be returned, exchanged or refunded. We generally accept returns and offer refunds unless indicated otherwise on Our Website for specific transactions.

All the return requests will be handled on a case by case basis by our support team. If You would like to return your Order, please generate a ticket on the customer support section of this Website stating your Order number, Goods to be returned, and the reason for return.

All the Goods must be returned in the same condition You received them, unworn, and in the original packaging. Once You generate a ticket, we will contact you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Changing Your Order

Unfortunately, we will not be able to make any amendments to your Order after You have placed it. You are responsible for double-checking your Order before completing Your purchase.


What can I do if I entered my details incorrectly?

Unfortunately, We cannot make any amendments to Your address after Your Order has been placed. You are responsible for double-checking Your address as Your order will be delivered to the address You entered at checkout. If Your Order is returned to Us due to non-delivery or incorrect address, it will be automatically canceled and refunded. You will need to create another order again. You will not be refunded the postage fees as We have incurred the cost of sending you the Order.
